Why the mask
Dax works under a professional name and appears masked. The attention belongs to the creators we represent, not to the person managing them.
The name comes from Dax, a German Shepherd: loyal, watchful and protective of the people in his care. That is the standard for how we look after our creators.
Why technology matters here
Most agencies run on spreadsheets, group chats and guesswork. We build our own software for analytics, scheduling and quality control, so decisions are based on numbers and nothing falls through the cracks.
